Last week's composerk: Willaert

This week's new proposed 6 part piece: Josquin, Baise Moy

Last week we did the three part and 5 part pieces from the list below. The three part one was sounding pretty good by the time we moved on, and we felt we'd like to do it again. The 5 part one wasn't yet sounding good, but some people thought it had potential if we worked on it some more.

I propose that we start with the three part piece for warmup and then if we have 6 parts, we do the Josquin. Then if there's some time, go back to something people want to revisit, like the Giunto m'à Amor.

• 3 part: Allons, allons gai, with barlines
• 4 part: Ricercar Prima, With barlines: score, parts
• 5 part: Giunto m'à Amor fra belle et crude braccia, With barlines: score, parts
• 6 part: Faulte d'argent
• 7 part: Quando nascesti Amor, parts (Note that we've already done this, I think with Liza, but I remember liking it.)
• 8 part: Laudate Pueri (I couldn't find a version with parts, so if it looks like we'll have 8 individual parts, it would be public-spirited of someone to partify it.)
• Also 8 part: Not by Obrecht, but last week we intended to play the piece by Zucchini that we started with Liza: Exultate Deo You probably already have it. We didn't because we didn't have 8 people, and I think it's unlikely that we'll have 8 people today either.
